Brian and the whole crew provide the BEST car care,,experience, and personal service in all of North Central Washington.I drive 90 miles one way to bring my vehicles there.Well worth the drive.I highly recommend them to anyone with mechanical problems.They also offer the best coffee and dessert table in the showroom,while you're waiting.And the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a repair facility!Great job,folks.

Quick and honest recommended

Global did a good job with my repairs however I was frustrated that it took so long. I don't know if it was due to Safeco not getting the parts and authorization to Global or the workload at Global. In the past I have been pleased with the prompt service so perhaps this was a one-off situation.

I love that I always receive a call with cost estimates before work is done. Last time they found that they needed to test an additional part of my truck and called me before they did it to make sure I authorized the additional work. They always treat me right.
