We were grateful that staff could fit us in on short notice for a pre inspection on a truck we were considering for purchase. They did a very careful evaluation and found numerous problems which the dealer did not alert us to. We did not buy the vehicle and feel that we saved a lot of money by getting this evaluation.Staff were courteous and attentive to our concerns.Would go back to Global Car Care in a heartbeat. We trust these guys.

One thing I would share, repairs are not an exact science and things can change and show up different than when you first diagnose the problem. Its no ones fault, its just the nature of the beast. Brian and his team do their best to be up front about repairs but when it doesn't go the way we think it should, they are very open and honest about discussing the issue and doing their best to always make it fair and correct for both parties.
