After having a catastrophic engine failure, I desperately called Global Car Care for help and was told I could bring (tow) my car in the same day for a diagnosis and repair. The next day, Chuck gave me a diagnosis and an estimate. My car was fixed, it was even washed and I was told to bring it back if there were further problems! My car runs like it was given a tune-up and I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendly attitude of all personnel.

My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are towards the staff and for the service we received at Global Car Care. We broke down outside of Wenatchee on our attempt to drive back our Sprinter Van back to Alaska. We feel so fortunate that we were led to Global as their staff was so professional and personable, and made every attempt to alleviate the stress of our situation. Their follow up after we departede was exceptional, and including making sure our warranty coverage was delivered. We had a full engine replacement - and felt totally comfortable with their technicians experience and ability in repairing our vehicle. I just wish we had this type of vehicle care and service available in Alaska! Thank you Global!

These guys take the extra time make sure you leave with everything in order. I have an old Land Rover and only trust these guys to keep it running. They assigned one mechanic to my car so anytime I come in the same tech is working on my car. This saves a ton of time in labor.

DONT TRUST THEM. Period. Whoever rated these guys above a one star are either family or heavily sedative. After being lied and manipulated to by these guys I found out from coworkers that I wasn’t the only one. Any other shop but this one people.

Great customer service. Been here a couple of times and decided I needed to raise my review to 5 stars. Honesty is the #1 thing I want when dealing with cars (especially since I don't know much about mechanics) and that alone is why I will keep coming back. Thanks Global Car

Global Car Care has worked on my 02 WV Beetle three times. Two oil changes and a front axel replacement. Each time I have been pleased with the work and they completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Global Car Care to anyone. Thank you to all.
