My power steering went out over the Holidays. I brought it in and Brian and staff help quickly diagnosed the problem and did all they could to help our car make it until the parts arrived. A rebuild of the power steering pump was recommended but not possible due to the condition of it. A new P/S pump was required and Brian had already ordered it as a back up or Plan B. It was installed using BG P/S fluid. This took time but I was able to get work done on my laptop using their free internet in their comfortable waiting room with incredible showcars that are truly inspiring!

had an 8:30 am appointment. was told about 1 to 2 hrs to look at car. came back at 10:30 and car was never even pulled in to be looked at. service in the past has always been great until now. IF an appointment is made and a time is given as to when a vehicle will be looked at, then that should be the way it is done. IF it can't be looked at, at the appointment time, then I need to know that information so that I can make changes in my schedule for the day.

Dropped off the car Saturday and was told that it will get fixed the following Monday. Scott called Monday noon to get my info. Did not hear back until Tuesday, when Scott said that the car was going to get fixed by Wednesday afternoon since he had to order the part (Scott was to re-place a brake light switch) . So now two days later and he had not ordered the switch eve. I told him that I was told that the car was going to get fixed Monday and he said he was not aware of that. I hanged up and called right back and asked to talk to the owner. Scott who answered the phone said that oh he was going to call me and that he found the brake switch in town (what a surprise). I asked how long would he take and he said hour to hour an half to ....replace the brake switch. So either they are incompetent or crooks. They charged $410 because of ...diagnostics and labor and part. They shouldn't have charged more than $60-$65. Stay away they are not honest . Forgot to mention that Scott was almost rude on the phone when he called to get my info and authorization, was nicer after I asked to talk to the owner

Friendly, honest, skilled and they use the best products and parts! My 2005 runs like the day I drove it off the lot! We live an hour away and it is always worth the trip! Brian and his team are tops!
