On the recommendation of a friend, I took my 2005 Audi to Global Car Care to be repaired. Everyone I talked with was knowledgable and courteous. I was given an estimate, and the price for the fix came in under that. I'm pretty relieved to have found a qualified and trustworthy Audi mechanic in our area.

We were visiting East Wenatchee from our home in Woodinville. Our 2012 Lexus was parked for a long weekend and sustained damage to the transmission wiring (likely critters ate thru the wiring). Global took us immediately and identified where the car had a problem, and within 48 hours we were back on the road to Woodinville. The wiring harness had to be repaired, and reconnected to the transmission and the bill was $417 of all labor as there were no parts. This would have been 5 stars but we left with a new airbag problem that we are now having to take to another shop at home to address and determine if the procedure to repair one issue impacted the other at all.

Brian and the whole crew provide the BEST car care,,experience, and personal service in all of North Central Washington.I drive 90 miles one way to bring my vehicles there.Well worth the drive.I highly recommend them to anyone with mechanical problems.They also offer the best coffee and dessert table in the showroom,while you're waiting.And the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a repair facility!Great job,folks.

Quick and honest recommended

Global did a good job with my repairs however I was frustrated that it took so long. I don't know if it was due to Safeco not getting the parts and authorization to Global or the workload at Global. In the past I have been pleased with the prompt service so perhaps this was a one-off situation.
