Bryan (the owner) and his team provide service that is extremely thoughtful and fair. I recommend them very highly. Driving from Seattle to Winthrop, my car overheated five miles from Wenatchee. I was fortunate to find Global Car Care on a google search. Over the phone, they advised me to come in for a check, and to turn the car heat to high to prevent further overheating while driving. Initially, it looked like low coolant - they refilled it and refused to accept any payment for the service. Then they ran diagnostics and determined it was a water pump issue. Bryan advised they’d need to order the part then offered to call Enterprise to help arrange a rental. After it was fixed, they called and walked me through the service - and the cost was in line with their initial estimate. I picked it up just now and it’s perfect. Thanks for the service - I wish you guys were located in Seattle where I live!
