They are horrible. My car no longer works and they verbally harrased my mother and I over the phone when telling her what we’d been saying since we first brought it to them, we will never be bringing a car here or ever recommending this place to anyone.

My wife stopped in last summer when her car was low on coolant - they were busy, but made time to help her out. So when the transmission in my truck was having issues we called them first. The truck is running great. Chuck was awesome, thank you for taking care of us.

The cost was high over (. 200 $ ). for a gas cap.

Randy thank you for your feedback, your visit was to troubleshoot a check engine light, which was caused by a leak in the emission control system, testing found that the gas cap was not sealing and required replacement, most of the cost was the effort required to find the leak , we always do our best to solve your problem for the least amount of money, in your case their were many possibilities that had to be eliminated before recommending a repair. I just had another good experience at Global Car Care. When my engine splash shield started dragging on the street, I called to see if I could bring my car by. They said yes, put it on the lift right when I showed up, and then fixed it for free...and with courtesy.
