Had them replace the front engine mounts on my 2002 Chevy 2500HD. Stayed within price quoted other than the surprising charge for an haz mat fee that was tacked on without prior discussion. Quickly got my appointment and had it done in one day. Even washed and vacuumed out the truck which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was courteous and professional.

Great service department. Scott set up the appointment and took my keys right on time. I'm confident that he knows my vehicle and and me. Thanks Scott. I don't know which technician did the check up but my confidence in Global in general gives me confidence in the technicians as well as the service adviser. Thank you to the technician as well.
