I am very pleased with the thoughtfulness and knowledge regarding my air conditioner service that was performed on my 1989 Oldsmobile Ciera. Shortly after having the work done, Brian followed up with me to see if I was happy with my experience I had and how the my air conditioner was performing, I informed him that I would hold off writing a review until after the weather got hotter... It's been a week and two days later and the system got a good test yesterday and I'm pleased to report that the air blew ice cold and and that fact prompted me to write this review as promised. I confidently give Global Car Care ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s and will most definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

The technician that did a diagnostic on my car took 5 mintues to tell me what was wrong with the car saying the issue was an alignment. When in fact was alignment was done 3 months prior from Les Swab. I got charged to standard for that “quote” when in fact the issue needs a cv axel, control arm and bushing replacement. THESES TECHS AND FRONT RECEPTIONIST are unskilled and may be basis towards people. Terrible work ethic.
