When I first started bringing my vehicle here, I was delighted and impressed! However, once the front desk team changed, I became more and more disappointed. This will be a long winded post-so sit tight. Back in June, I scheduled to have my Audi in for timing chain replacement. Figuring this establishment was certified to conduct said work, I felt confident! Upon pulling into their lot for the appt, I randomly picked up a screw in one of my brand new tires. I spoke with Eli at the desk and he went to inspect. They said they could take care of it no problem. At this time, Courtney informed me that the technicians had never done a timing chain replacement on a vehicle like mine, and said that my car was "advanced" in some way. I won't lie- THAT made me feel a little skeptical. And why wait to tell me THEN and not earlier?! Even still, I handed over my keys. Little did I know that my car would sit in their shop for 2 months! And that flat tire I came in with? They let it sit for several days on BRAND. NEW. WHEELS. I called and politely yet firmly told them I would appreciate having my tire inflated temporarily to avoid any damage. They apologized and took care of it. I was also promised by Courtney to have regular updates on my vehicles status-but the ONLY time she called, was to tell me my water pump was leaking. I approved the repair and continued waiting and waiting... Fast forward to about a week before I get my car back (and after several more issues), I finally share my thoughts with Eli, who seemed willing to listen. While my problems weren't with the technicians (they came in on their days off to work on my car which was really nice of them), my issue was with Courtney. She's very well spoken but severely lacks communication skills. Had I just been filled in along the way, I wouldn't have had such a thorn in my side. And on top of that, this shop unfortunately wasn't prepared to perform timing chain work whatsoever, which is why it took so long. There's much more to this rant, but I'll digress as my car is in running condition. Even after my recent oil change visit, I won't be returning to have services done here. It's just not the same vibe as before.
