Global Car Care is one of the best places to take your car to. Each time I come in, they are quick, friendly, accommodating, and I never feel as they are trying to up sell me on anything. I always get great customer service, but I really need to give a shout out to Tino and Luis. If you want a mechanic shop you can trust, go to Global Car Care.

This mechanic shop is a life saver!!! My truck broke down in the middle of central Washington on a Thursday evening, about 4 hours from home. This was the ONLY shop that would help me! No one else would even look at my truck until the following week. Got a tow to Global Thursday night and Jeremy and his team had me back on the road Friday evening! I am so beyond grateful for these people, and its customer service like this that earns a business good reputation.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Tito. I very much appreciated the shuttle ride to and from work and Luis and I had a really good chat. I will definitely use your services again if need be (hopefully not!) and will recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks so much!!

Not sure how a shop can clear your check engine light but not let you know that your car has critical error codes that they saw when clearing but failed to tell me when i asked if there was anything else that was popping up. Error code P0170 is a code that will stall your engine, leave it undriveable if not taken care of and they failed to identify that issue after i told them to fix everything wrong with my car. My car was in fact displaying 3 codes and not one of your mechanics told me that they were popping up, even when i asked. I spent thousands of dollars at your shop just to spend $300 right after you guys had it “done” because you failed to replace critical parts that i needed for my vehicles engine performance. Now my car is broken down in plain because i couldn’t get my car fixed immediately since i spent $5,279 at this shop a little over two weeks ago. Make this right, you know what you guys did.
