We had a small emergency to be looked at; stopped in, on our way through Wenatchee, and explained what was happening. Almost immediately, they looked at the issues, and did a thorough inspection. After showing and explaining what they looked at, they thanked us for using their services, and DID NOT even charge us. They fixed the problem and we had no more issues. They will be our car care specialists from now on!!

Unfortunately, I had to go through a pretty exceptional experience with Global Car Care in Wenatchee. Synopsis: car broke down on my way to Wenatchee on I 90 near Cle Elum on a Saturday, had car towed to Global Car Care. On Monday morning they were able to start on my car and fix problem number 1 by early afternoon, part had to be ordered for problem number 2, it was delivered and I was able to get my car before 5:30 PM – I was assured I would be able to make it home and that I did to Tacoma area. This is a very clean, well organized car repair business and I could tell they value and take good care of their employees also. The story: Was on my way to Wenatchee on a Saturday when my car broke down along I-90 and I had it towed the rest of the way. It was a Saturday and although they were not open for service, Brian (who I eventually learned was the owner) answered my phone call and encouraged me to drop my car off and they would have time Monday morning to check it out. One issue was that my battery had died and the 2 passenger windows were halfway down so I could not "roll" them up. I was concerned about theft but Brian took the extra step of starting my car and parking it in their garage until Monday morning. They were able to start looking at my car mid Monday morning and able to discern that I had 2 issues going on. Issue number 1 had to do with my coolant as an elbow hose taking coolant into the manifold had split and they were able to replace this by early afternoon. For issue number 2 they had to order a part and fortunately it was a pretty common part so they were able to take delivery of it and have my car fixed and ready to go shortly after 5 PM. My weekend plans had me going home on Monday and I was able to stay on that schedule due to the excellent customer and professional service I received. As my car is a 1997 model I had a lot of concerns and did a lot of worrying Saturday, Sunday, and Monday about if I was even going to be able to get this car home again. I was provided a very strong assurance that the car would perform just fine and certainly it did. Thanks Global Car Care of Wenatchee – super job!
