First time here thru a referral, but very happy with the friendly staff, easy appointments and the willingness to help. Electrical diagnostics went well and very thorough so I’m happy with quick service and happy results

First rate mechanics, quality parts and repairs, excellent customer service. Reliable recommendations for what needs to be done and when. Global diagnosed a $15 part to replace, which negated the need for major repair claimed by the dealer. Switched exclusively to Global Car Care, that was almost 10 years ago.

Great personal service and advice. My 20 year old F150 is well cared for and just towed a car from Montana to Wenatchee.

Even though I am mechanically inclined, I have been taking my vehicles to Global Car Care for some of the repairs that I don't have the time or tools to complete. They always do a great job. But the real test of customer service happens when something doesn't go quite right. On my last major repair, my car started leaking transmission fluid shortly after the repair. Without question or complaint, they checked it, accepted responsibility, and fixed it the second time quickly and cheerfully. That's the mark of great service. I will continue to use and recommend them to friends I know that need repairs done.
