Horrible customer service over the phone, employee was very rude about me asking a question about my car and if he could tell me possibilities of what was going on. Highly will not recommend to anybody. Save your money and go to Audi Spokane. They will treat you well and have way better prices. $180 for a 1 hour diagnoses session is ridiculous. Audi spokane charges $30 an hour and will give you knowledgable information and help you with great customer care

They did a great job getting my 1966 Mustang running like new. Chuck always kept in touch to let me know how the work was going.

Global Car Care has worked on my 2004 S60 for several years. I return to them to get the job done and keep the car running. The car loaner option is a huge plus since it allows me to get on with the day while they work on the car. As for pricing, they are competitive. The staff is attentive and keeps me informed of the work done and preventive work need to avoid being stranded in one of the remote passes!

So appreciate the service at Global. I brought my car in for some checks since I’m almost at 100000 on my Mazda. The guys could have easily told me I need lots of service but instead shared some minor maintenance suggestions and had absolutely no pressure to get them done at Global or anywhere else.
