Global has seen all six of our BMWs that we have owned. After warranty was off and we did not wish to drive to Bellvue, we picked global car care. 3 BMW X5 , one 328i , one 330xi ,and one Z4. All were serviced or repaired at the same level and professionalism as the dealer, but at a lower cost. Any concerns were quickly discussed and taken care of. Follow up on service by the owner always happens. Brian also test drove the 330 to check a possible problem to find a wheel bearing problem. It had many miles 175k but still rare to have that happen, they fixed it. These are not cars that are expensive to maintain if you use Global.
