Always great service

Took 2004 MDX in for diagnostic work on multiple issues. The appt ran a little long (this shop is BUSY) and I waited for the car. Had the opportunity to watch and hear staff interact with 10-15 customers and a few vendors and suppliers. Everyone who came or called in was treated with genuine, sincere respect. Employees were engaged and interested in what the customers had to say, both during and after each interaction, even when the customer wasn't overly respectful in return. This was my first experience with Global, and certainly won't be my last. I was very impressed when the owner personally followed up a few days after the appointment to ensure I was satisfied and had no questions. Very professional operation, truly concerned with customer service and satisfaction.

The service tech was great and needed service was completed quickly. I was a bit uncomfortable witnessing some customers who were upset with a car repair issue they were having and the response of the person helping them could have been more customer oriented.

Brian came out to look at it and pointed out the problem. I mean, actually showed me what was wrong. That's kind of rare. I'll be back with the bad clutch.
