Bryan (the owner) and his team provide service that is extremely thoughtful and fair. I recommend them very highly. Driving from Seattle to Winthrop, my car overheated five miles from Wenatchee. I was fortunate to find Global Car Care on a google search. Over the phone, they advised me to come in for a check, and to turn the car heat to high to prevent further overheating while driving. Initially, it looked like low coolant - they refilled it and refused to accept any payment for the service. Then they ran diagnostics and determined it was a water pump issue. Bryan advised they’d need to order the part then offered to call Enterprise to help arrange a rental. After it was fixed, they called and walked me through the service - and the cost was in line with their initial estimate. I picked it up just now and it’s perfect. Thanks for the service - I wish you guys were located in Seattle where I live!

My BMW broke down enroute to Wenatchee from Chelan. I was towed to Global where they quickly met me and got my car in for diagnosis. They contacted me later in the day to give me the results and cost. My car was returned in working order in just a very few days. I have been impressed with Global and will not hesitate to go back.

I had a short somewhere in the electrical system of my Range Rover that brought in too many codes to even know where to start. After a long while of trying to figure it out myself I reluctantly let someone else give it a shot. Global car care had it correctly diagnosed the same day i dropped it off and let me save money by providing them the part to replace. They saved me a huge headache and a lot of money.

Went in last Thursday for an estimate was impressed by their thoroughness in the estimate and their work ethic in the inspection they got my car done when they said it would be. Having recently taken my car to another place Saturday whose estimate was more expensive and less detailed also not even sure they did a full inspection. They told me about an hour and didn't get my car back for 7. I'm definitely bringing my car to Global Car Care for the repairs.
