Great customer service. Quality work. They were very accommodating when I just rolled in without an appointment as I had an acute problem with my vehicle.

I was looking for car service in my area as the ones I had used I was not happy with. The emloyees were super nice and they kept me informed on what was going on. I only had an oil change but I was extremely pleased at the results as well as the price. I will be using this company for all my car repairs as well as recommending them to others. Two of my neighbors have used Global and also think very highly of them. Thank you Global

The work they did on my car was fine but it did take a whole week. I drove from Quincy twice because I was told my car should be ready that day and it wasn’t. I also had to be calling them for updates on my car. I must have gotten two calls from the car shop in that whole week. They should keep the customer more updated on what’s happening. I’m the end my car was fixed but it wasn’t as efficient as I expected. Do keep in mind that this was during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I feel confident every time I bring my Audi to Global car care and will continue to do so. Tom C.

Great service, great staff and they do good work!

I will always bring my Mercedes SLK 280 to Global Car Care for any type of maintenance or problem because I trust Brian and his team. I drove all the way over from Arlington, Wa.They’ve always been honest with me and taken care of any issues with my car in a timely manner.. they give me an estimate before they do the work and most of the time its less than the original estimate. So I know I’m not being taken advantage of. Thanks guys for your integrity!! I’ll be back !!
