I always take my car to Global Car Care for service. They are available to fit my schedule into theirs and do great work.

Global Car Care saved our vacation! We recently traveled to Wenatchee for the weekend when we couldn’t get our gas cap door to open. We tried everything, watched YouTube videos, google searched - trying to find the emergency door release. Global Car Care was the only service station on the East side that could service our Audi. They spent over an hour running diagnostics to solve our issue. Voila, Fixed! We got our gas and we’re on our way- so grateful for their awesome attitudes and helpful demeanor. Highly recommend!!

I was totally frustrated with the dealership "help" for my car when I went to Global. My first drop-by visit had two young men working on the problem with the electronics. Their attempt didn't hold, and I was forced to return and leave my car for a full diagnostic the next day. The technicians got to the job faster than expected, determined what part was needed, and ordered an overnight shipment. By noon the next day, my car was ready and no problems since. I loved the courtesy and friendliness of all involved. Definite a five-star treatment.

I was looking for car service in my area as the ones I had used I was not happy with. The emloyees were super nice and they kept me informed on what was going on. I only had an oil change but I was extremely pleased at the results as well as the price. I will be using this company for all my car repairs as well as recommending them to others.
