I first took my 2007 Chevy p.u. to Cascade Chevrolet. I paid them a lot of money to repair my air conditioning. They did not fix it even with two different attempts. I then took it to Global. End of problem.

My car is in the shop...never a fun time for anyone. I am so grateful for Jose who works on my car, and for Blaine, my Go To who always comes through and is so helpful! Just want to say thank you to Brian from Global for ALWAYS checking with me every couple of months to see how all is going and if everything ok with my vehicle! As a single mom with 2 boys and busy schedule, I sometimes forget to call something in, OR leave myself to last and i never get it done! I took care of 3 items today, all because Brian checked on me and Scott scheduled me in! So much time saved! Love the quality service. EVERY time I go in, i feel like i am treated like the only customer there at that time and i enjoy visiting with staff!
