First time taking our Sprinter to Global. A number of accumulated services needed to be performed. We were way over the service/mileage guidelines. I gave Jose the MB dealership estimates and he called next day with pricing. Their mechanics did a great job, for a fair price and on time. We will return. The tone of the place is set when you walk in the door: clean, organized, effort and pride put into the customer experience.

ABS light came on and was diagnosed as a hydraulic pump issue fixable via a Seattle company — shipping parts delays from pandemic/etc issues ensued along with other delays — but Global Car Care persevered throughout and resulted in a very positive experience.
