We purchased a 2010 Mercedes-Benz ML350 early this November from a private party and noticed a shift bump between 2/3 gear. After looking for an MB service provider here in the valley we took it to Global to have it checked out. Jose was great, He listened to our concerns and assured us they would check into it. After the problem was fixed we noticed some fluid on the garage floor and called Jose. He had it fixed in 24 hours. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and vehicle service. I also have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee which I will be taking to Global from now on to do all of the maintenance on that vehicle as well. Thanks Jose. Thanks Brian. You guys are awesome.

As a first time customer, I was very happy with the service I received. I have always taken my Hondas to the dealer for repairs/service but I'm glad to have found Global as an alternative. I'll be a return customer should I need service in the future.

I bought a 264k mile 2007 Murano 1 year ago. today it has 315k miles. I spent ALL (except tires) at Global and EVERY $$$ spent has been a great value. Their prices are more than competitive. Their courtesy is without a doubt top-notch and I have total confidence in the entire staff that Brian employs. I have owned and operated 5 New car dealerships over the last 40 years and I think I would hire these guys in a heart beat! I know customer satisfaction as a national winner from my past! We have taken our car there three times for repairs. They replaced the front and rear air suspension and fixed a malfunctioning tailgate latch. Each time the issues were quickly and accurately diagnosed and clearly communicated to me. Incomparable customer service, great communication and fair pricing. Couldn't be happier with the experiences from estimation to completion.. Everyone at Global Car Care was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
