My car broke down when I was traveling in wenatchee. I like 4 hours away. They fixed my car correctly and gave me a good price in a speedy time. I'm so thankful that I was able to make it to work the next few days. Thank you.

I brought my older vehicle in for a radiator flush/service. When I made the appointment, Jose indicated they would test the existing coolant to determine if service was indeed necessary. After testing the fluid, they determined the fluid was hood and the radiator service was not necessary. Shocking....never expected that!! Global has proven to me to be a truly competent, honest car service provider!! Thank you Global.

had them look over some issues with overheating and poor idling performance. Also had them look at a clicking coming from my front wheel, and diagnose why the back windows wont work. They were wrong about every single thing they looked at. Charged me over 900.00 for 4 spark plugs and new wires. I went in and spoke to Brian about it and the guy i dealt with wouldn't come out to face the music. Only thing I couldn't do at the time was prove it. Well after some time and money i didn't have, I can prove it now! Place is a ripoff! Your an idiot if you take your car there.

We work hard to diagnose each issue correctly, and our charges reflect the quality of the work we complete. Had issues with starting my F150 - it left me stranded at Lowe's. Called to see when it could be looked at and was told it would be several days. However, I took it in immediately and they were able to squeeze it into the schedule and have it fixed a day before they thought they'd even be able to start on it! Saved a camping trip we'd planned for months! Quick service, reasonable prices, honest people. Thanks, Global Car Care!
