On my way to work at Steven's pass the glow plug light came on my car and I lost power I got it trailered took it to global they diagnose the problem got it fixed within a week very reasonably priced great customer service

Always takes great care of my 04 Lexus GX470 With 260k on it. Love the new loaner great stereo In it. This is my go to stop for all my car needs. The crew is top shelve they know cars!!

I have trusted Global Car Care with my auto repair work for about five years. I started with my 03 town car that had a weird problem with the steering that the Lincoln dealer couldn't even fix. Within a day they discovered the problem and were able to fix it. I live about 70 miles North of Wenatchee so it takes some effort to take my vehicles in for repairs. But the Fact that I have never once had a problem with the work and maintenance they have done on my vehicles makes it worth the effort and cost of taking them in. I never have come away feeling over charged or taken advantage of. Thanks Guys!

Once again Global has exceeded my expectations! I needed a repair but didn't have a ride home on Christmas Eve day after they told me it would take a couple days. I live out of town. They didn't have any loaners available at the time so a nice gentleman named Salvator drove me to work, picked me back up and drove me home. Talk about going the extra mile! Hose is also very helpful and goes out of his way to make an annoying car repair a pleasant experience. Both guys are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I've taken my car there many times and they always fix the problem, try to save me money and provide me coupons. I feel fortunate to have found tge best auto repair shop in Wenatchee!!! Thank you.

I am so grateful to Global Car Care. I had an issue with a vehicle that I had bought in Seattle. I was worried it was something major and when I called them, they got me in right away. They found the problem, which was minor, much to my relief! They fixed the problem, were very courteous, professional, informative and only charged me for the diagnostic check. I will be doing all future maintenance with all of my vehicles at Global Car Care. I would highly recommend them!!!
