I bought a 264k mile 2007 Murano 1 year ago. today it has 315k miles. I spent ALL (except tires) at Global and EVERY $$$ spent has been a great value. Their prices are more than competitive. Their courtesy is without a doubt top-notch and I have total confidence in the entire staff that Brian employs. We have taken our car there three times for repairs. They replaced the front and rear air suspension and fixed a malfunctioning tailgate latch. Each time the issues were quickly and accurately diagnosed and clearly communicated to me. Incomparable customer service, great communication and fair pricing. I live nearly 3 hours away. Love the service and the people. I reminded them to disable 2 notices that were coming up. I continue to have a check left fog-light notice appearing on my car. When I picked up my car, service -intendent said," Let us know if you continue to have a notice come up. Just bring it in and we will take care of it." That made me believe that the service department was uncertain if ALL notices were disabled. I just can't "bring it (my car) in." I felt like that was a lack of knowing the customer.
