Global did a quick and thorough job on an oil change and routine maintenance, including installation of a new battery (which is no small feat in our car, because it is very hard to get to). The communication was modern (text) and complete and the car was finished when promised. They were also kind enough to store our fresh fish we had just purchased in their employee refrigerator when we realized the extra time needed to do the battery work! A great experience!

got oil changed . asked about a fuel smell . they found the problem and it turned out to be a safety issue . they were able to get it repaired and back to me the next day . its an Audi so that's impressive and the cost was reasonable .
