Great experiences with my Mercedes (Even though a Mercedes is difficult at times to work on as it is a foreign car) at this location here in Wenatchee, the staff is professional and detailed, despite forgetting my 20 percent coupon they were gracious enough to give me the discount any way. They have been very timely from start to finish.

Great customer service and car care. I waited inside as my car was serviced and I felt covid safe. Everyone wore masks and I was seated well over 6 feet from the only other waiting customer.
