We had a fantastic experience at Global Auto! We found them incredibly accommodating when we ran into a pinch with needing an auto repair in a short amount of time. They had us bring our vehicle in the same day we called and fixed it, with an already impressively busy schedule. Thank you!

My car is in the shop...never a fun time for anyone. I am so grateful for Jose who works on my car, and for Blaine, my Go To who always comes through and is so helpful! They are very professional and hard workers! Between the two of them, they were able to come up with a solution needed, without crippling my bank account and I am so thankful!!! Just want to say thank you to Brian from Global for ALWAYS checking with me every couple of months to see how all is going and if everything ok with my vehicle! As a single mom with 2 boys and busy schedule, I sometimes forget to call something in, OR leave myself to last and i never get it done! I took care of 3 items today, all because Brian checked on me and Scott scheduled me in! So much time saved! Love the quality service. EVERY time I go in, i feel like i am treated like the only customer there at that time and i enjoy visiting with staff!

I bring my vehicles down from Chelan. Global car care has been maintaining my limo fleet (10 limousines) for over 10 years I trust no one else to maintain my business and they are top notch in every way. No job is too big or too small for Brian and his entire staff. Thank you.

Brian Thorpe is the most unprofessional business owner in the valley I have encountered in a long time. He thinks it's acceptable to blow up at a paying customer on the phone who has spent thousands with his shop this year only to have constant problems every time they say a car is ready to pick up. I live past Leavenworth, it's almost 2 hours round trip for me to get to the shop, so when I show up to find the vehicle not drive able or with a check engine light as soon as its started in the lot, I've just wasted time and gas for nothing. This has happened several times this year, once a car had to be towed back 30 min after leaving the shop. I have tried calling ahead to have the triple check a vehicle is ready to go, just to get there with a problem. They do not diagnose issues properly the first time but will gladly charge you for wasting the customer's time. My parents have been long time customers of Brian, and it's a shame to see this kind of service from a local business. We will never take a vehicle to global again, and I will be contacting the better business Bureau

I have been taking our cars to Global for ten years without interruption. They always provide great service, workmanship, and friendliness; in fact, it seems like family. They go out of their way to make things right, and their prices are very reasonable in comparison to others. Why go anywhere else?
