I had an outstanding experience working with Courtney. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a service advisor she facilitated the repair of my vehicle quickly. Her proactive communication regarding the ordering of parts, as well as explaining the timing for the parts to come in, helped manage my expectations on when the car would be ready for pick-up. If I need work done on my vehicle in the future. I will be looking forward to working with Courtney again.
