So happy with the service we received for our BMW! We were out of town when the transmission light came on and we had a choice - drive to Spokane to the dealer, or bring it closer to home at Global Car Care. We made the best choice :) not only did they do a great job repairing our car, but Courtney in service was exceptional. It felt like we were getting special treatment, but everytime we thanked her, she said that is how she treats all her customers. And a thank you to Alex - we were completely in good hands!

Global car care folks are awesome! I get two cars serviced (BMW and Ford) regularly and they have helped me keep them both in a great shape. Courtney is my to-go service advisor and she is knowledgeable, thorough and patient. On one occasion, it took them longer than expected to fix the brakes on my car and they offered me a free ride to/from my home. For the past 2 years, I’ve mostly spent time on the west side near Seattle and I still get my cars serviced from GCC.

Global Car Care was professional, courteous, and all around very helpful and easy to work with. Took care of the problem and I will definitely be back! (but hopefully not back soon if you know what I mean, sorry!) :-)

Les Schwab referred me to them when i came into wenatchee and my car was showing i had misfiring cylinders and it was running horrible! From minute one through the whole entire process our experience was excellent. way above the type of communication you normally experience from a shop. they gave us options. handled our scope of work professionally and clearly. and we were very very happy with the work they did but above all their customer service and professionalism.

Excellent service for my oil change They also checked my brakes because the warning light was on. They cleared multiple computer codes as well.
