The whole process worked out fine-I was able to get an appointment when I wanted, use a loaner car while service was performed, they finished earlier than expected and all seems good with the repairs. Thanks!

My 2016 BMW X3 needed a turbo replaced. Service manager, Jose worked with us and the company handling our extended warranty making sure all details were in place, correct parts ordered and the repair done correctly. BMW is back on the road and running perfectly!
