Global did a good job with my repairs however I was frustrated that it took so long. I don't know if it was due to Safeco not getting the parts and authorization to Global or the workload at Global. In the past I have been pleased with the prompt service so perhaps this was a one-off situation.

I love that I always receive a call with cost estimates before work is done. Last time they found that they needed to test an additional part of my truck and called me before they did it to make sure I authorized the additional work. They always treat me right.
