I took my car to various mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with my car. When I talked to Scott at Global Car Care, he made a commitment to helping me figure it out. And boy did the Global Car Care team deliver! They trouble-shooted what was wrong with my car and figured it out within a day. They also followed up with me to make sure that everything was looking good. Thanks to them, my car is in great shape!

I have a 9 year old Subaru Legacy that I had recently purchased. It had a loud creaking noise while changing direction. Global Care Care was able to diagnose a broke motor mount bracket and fixed it accordingly. This shop is top notch.

Global serviced our Lincoln and repaired the brakes. They not only did an excellent job - they determined that the rear brakes did not require any work and our cost was reduced accordingly. They could have performed the work and we would never have been the wiser. So, Global scored huge points in my book for honesty and integrity.

They were friendly in phone and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Coordinated with car company to order correct part. Installed with quality craftsmanship! Followed up with a text a few days later to see how all was working. Professionality was much appreciated.
