Normally I try to do as much repair work on my vehicles as I can but after an illness I decided to have a new starter put in my Honda Accord. I find it difficult trying to find a good auto mechanic that you can trust and is reasonable in their repair charges. My wife recommended GLOBAL CAR CARE because of all her friends had such good things to say about Global Car Care so I said ok. I am on record stating that this business is a 5 star business from the word Go!!! I called and explained that I thought my car needed a new starter and was told to explain what the car was doing. I was impressed how the mechanic was able to narrow down the problem by my description. I was told that they had an opening and to bring the car down. When I arrived I was met in the office by Scott Oakes who assured me that the car would be done the next day and it sounded like the starter to him also.The following day I got a call saying that the car was done and the real surprise came when I picked the car up. I looked at my receipt and noted (7) seven different tests that were done to isolate my starting problem. Talk about a complete "checkup.!" They also inspected the flywheel for damage and did a thirty point reliability inspection of my car. I could start to see why this is a place highly recommended by many.Scott then asked me if I was familiar with Global's customer care program. He went on to explain that with my repairs they include a nationwide warranty, a complimentary 24-hour roadside assistance, customer care reminder program, a complete website appointment form and add-on specials. I even got a call the following day by a lady in the office to verify that I was happy with the service that I had received. Yes, I was happy.I now understand why and how GLOBAL CAR CARE has as their primary goal to "handle the service of my vehicle so effectively that they earn the privilege of managing the life cycle of all my vehicles." If you are looking for a repair on your car then I would look to GLOBAL CAR CARE for all of your needs. I am impressed!!!
