I knew what was planned and they called me before any work was completed. They are a great bunch of folks.

I was so impressed with the quality and great customer service I received from Brian and Global! Brian was honest and up front with me about the different options in regards to fixing my car. I felt like I was more than just a customer ... I felt like part of a family. Instead if letting me drive my car home and bring it back the next day to complete the repairs... Brian offered to drive me home saying he didn't feel comfortable having me drive my car in the condition that it was in. This was my first experience with Global and I can honestly say they have a customer for life. Thank you Brian and the employees at Global- Courtney Arthur

I had an Awesome experience ~ Tabitha went way out for me and research on on-going problem I have had with the exterior lighting on my KIA...........she found the recommended solution that I wish had be found years ago ~ but, we corrected the problem and it should end my constant worry that the headlights might go out! Global Car Care is not only a great mechanical place to take your cars, but they also HONEST. I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me that I had not driven enough miles to justify the oil change. Saving me money but costing them production for the day. They very well could have done the work and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. I highly recommend them to anyone.

There is never a time that Brian and his merry staff are not there for us and always ready to help. When the little engine light goes on that means call Global in our experience. Honest, friendly, full of desire to be there for all emergencies and if you need a ride .........NO PROBLEM. Just leave your car and they will take you where you need to go and bring you back when the vehicle is done. No where else do I worry about the cost being out of line. Why not Global!!!!

They went through my car, cleaned areas that may be problematic, they could not find a direct cause but did go through and perform cleaning. You also gave me a great deal on the cost since they could not find a direct cause to my issue. Very VERY nice and I greatly appreciate it :)

It's nice to be able to trust a company when having my van fixed. They did a great job going over necessary repairs, and things to look-out for in the future. Professional and friendly with a fantastic shop and employees, it's easy to recommend Global Car Care to my family and friends.
